(*1) In case of POWER ON while pressing down the key, the printer sometimes needs 5 sec-

onds or longer before the function starts to work.

(Finalizing the function such as expanded RAM check may take 5 seconds or longer.)

In such a case, refer to the LED display and make sure the function is ﬁnalized and then

release the key.

(*2) It is not concerned with the existence of JOB but JOB cancellation is performed internally.

Therefore, a cancellation display may be performed.

6.3 LED Indications

The basic meanings of LED displays are as follows:

• On-line/READY LED (Green)

ON : On-line state.

OFF : Off-line state/Initializing/Error.

BLINK : Receiving data/Local Print.

• Inspection/ATTENTION LED (Dark Amber)

ON : Attention state.

OFF : Usually state.

BLINK : Error state.

Blink goes on/off at a 0.8sec cycle.
